Terms of Use
Last updated: 11 October 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Eduzol (eduzol.com) for your use of the Eduzol mobile app and website (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data, and our Disclaimer forms part of these terms.
1. Who can use Eduzol
- You must be 18 or older. By signing up, you confirm that you are.
- The Service is offered to users in India.
- You must give accurate information and must not pretend to be someone else.
2. What the Service is
Eduzol is an independent practice tool. It offers multiple-choice questions for competitive and recruitment examinations in a swipeable feed, with explanations, spaced repetition and progress tracking. It is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features, we will publish separate terms and prices before charging you anything.
3. Your account
- You sign in with your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure and for activity under your Eduzol account.
- An account is for one person. Do not share it.
- Tell us at support@eduzol.com if you think someone else has used your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, download, record or extract questions, explanations or other content in bulk, by any means, including screenshots taken to rebuild our question bank;
- access the Service through bots, scripts or any automated means, or call our servers other than through the official app and website;
- reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the app, or try to discover correct answers other than by answering;
- interfere with or overload the Service, or try to gain access to other users’ data or to systems you are not authorised to use;
- submit false, abusive or unlawful content through question reports or messages to us;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Our content
The app, the website, and the questions, explanations, syllabus structure and other material in them belong to Eduzol or are used with permission. Some questions are written by our team, some are prepared with the help of AI tools and reviewed, and some are based on questions from previous public examination papers.
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own exam preparation. You may not republish, sell, share, or use our content to train or build another product, including an AI model.
6. Question reports
If you report a question, you allow us to use your report, and any correction you suggest, to improve our content, without payment or credit to you.
7. Accuracy and results
We work to keep questions and explanations accurate, but they may contain errors, are not official, and may not reflect the latest syllabus or exam pattern. Your accuracy, coverage and streak figures are a guide for practice, not a prediction of any exam result. Using Eduzol does not guarantee selection, marks, rank or any other outcome. Always confirm exam details against the official notification. See the Disclaimer.
8. Changes to the Service
The Service is in active development. We may add, change or remove features, exams or questions, and we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors.
9. Ending your use
- You can stop at any time by deleting your account in the app (Profile → Delete account). See Delete your account.
- We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us, other users or third parties. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.
- We may stop offering the Service. If we do, we will give reasonable notice in the app where we can.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including about accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Eduzol is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from your exam results, from errors in our content, or from your reliance on it. Because the Service is free, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to ₹1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to compensate Eduzol for any loss, claim or cost, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Service.
13. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the Service. Before going to court, please raise the issue with our Grievance Officer so we can try to resolve it.
14. Grievances
Our Grievance Officer is Yadhu Krishna, reachable at yadhu.krishna@eduzol.com. Response times are on our Contact & grievances page.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, tell you in the app before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated terms. If you do not, you can delete your account.
